By accessing or registering for Headstart (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the platform.

2. Educational & Execution Purpose

Headstart provides book summaries, audio commentary, and action execution playbooks designed to help ambitious professionals and operators implement high-leverage frameworks. All content is intended for educational and productivity purposes.

3. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

Headstart provides original summaries, analysis, checklists, and proprietary implementation frameworks. All book titles, author trademarks, and cover concepts mentioned or referenced belong entirely to their respective authors and original publishing houses. Headstart is an independent learning platform and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by individual authors unless explicitly stated.

4. Lifetime Access Terms

Founding Member Lifetime Access grants individual access to all current and future book summaries, audio narrations, playbooks, and templates for the lifetime of the Headstart platform without recurring subscription fees. Lifetime accounts are licensed for single-user personal use and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, systematically extract, or distribute Headstart’s summaries, audio narrations, or playbook templates outside the authorized platform interfaces.
